Let's Move

To ensure you feel confident and supported, we ask that all new clients begin with at least one private session before joining a group class. This gives us a chance to get to know your body, your goals, and how we can help you move safely and effectively. Some clients may benefit from a few more one-on-one sessions before transitioning into a group setting—and that’s totally normal!

Your instructor will guide you when you’re ready to move into our intermediate or advanced classes. Every body learns differently, and we’re here to support your unique journey.
