PIlates is Great exercise to start after you've finished your Physical therapy

All exercises can be modified based upon any injury or special needs you may have.  You can have a great workout without your knees hurting, your neck hurting, your shoulders hurting or your back hurting.

I know, it seems too good to be true, but it's not.  Pilates is designed for rehabilitation and is the perfect exercise routine for those who are still recovering from an injury but have finished their prescribed physical therapy.

Pilates, especially on the Reformer is an absolutely amazing workout! Seriously! It works your tummy, lower back, hips and your booty! It is heavily focused on mindful movement, accurate muscle engagement and balanced body alignment.  Pilates will help you improve your posture and it will give you better balance with more stability.  In short, Pilates will give you better quality of life and help you maintain your independence as you age.
